Discrete packaging
When you order at All Over Piercings, we’ll make sure to pack your order in a sturdy package so that your goods will reach you in proper condition. We use carton boxes and padded envelopes for our international shipments, to make sure that your order is handled with as much care as possible during transit. If you prefer a discrete packaging, that’s always possible of course! You can check this option during the ordering process, but we’ll tell you more about our package material below.
Discretely packed
Not everyone needs to know where you get your awesome goods, we understand that completely. That’s why we offer the option to get your goods packed in a neutral, discrete package. Simply check the ‘discrete packaging’ option during the order process, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your order will be packed in a neutral carton box or padded envelope, without any logos or our company name. The address label is the same as with all our shipments, simple and neutral with only your address and our address, again, without any logos or our company name. Packages are protected so that your order arrives safely. We generally use the boxes and packages provided by UPS.

To what countries do you send?
We ship to all European countries. Not all countries are possible in the courier option. In the courier option we do not ship to south and middle America and Africa.
What can i send?
You can send your pets, luggage’s, suitcases and good quality boxes (double walled and not too big – you can procure with us these top quality boxes) – filled with your personal effects and household goods. We do not accept plastic bags or plastic boxes in a ‘loose’ (‘loose’ meaning unpalletized or uncrated) courier service.
What the cost of an air shipment?
The total cost of an air shipment is determined by the total chargeable weight, the destination and surcharges (if any) on weight or dimensions.
How can i track my Shipment?
You will receive an automated tracking number when the shipment is booked by us in the international courier’s system. An automated e-mail with a tracking link is sent to you at that moment.
What do i need to present for my shippment?
You do not need to be there, but someone needs to hand over the shipment and documentation.
What if i need to go out on my collection day?
In that case, try to contact us ASAP.
